Our Story

My father was a machinist and instilled in me an appreciation for precision tools. My appreciation developed into a passion. My passion found a home in the history of knife making, repair and sharpening.

My wife and I love working in the kitchen and preparing meals for ourselves and others. We focus on using fresh, healthy ingredients and keeping toxic additives and preservatives out of our bodies. Using precision quality knives and appliances help to enhance the experience and make it a joyful everyday event.
